Web Site Design and Construction

We have designed and constructed a number of web sites using our knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, PHP and Active Server Pages (ASP, ASP.NET). Perhaps you require a simple website with only a few static pages or maybe you need a complex system of dynamic pages produced with reference to a back end database ? Bespoke Software Solution Development

Galaxy Technology has been developing software for the Windows platform for the last ten years. we work mainly using Microsoft development tools and our favoured programming languages are Visual C++ and Visual C# .NET. In fact, we hold the MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer) qualification in Visual C++ 6.0 and the MCSD .NET qualification in Visual C#. In addition, we have undertaken projects using Microsoft Office and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), VB 6.0, Microsoft Access, SQL (Structured Query Language), SQL Server 2000, Active Server Pages, PHP, Perl, My SQL, JavaScript, HomeSite and Dreamweaver.

We can develop bespoke software solutions for any of the Windows operating systems (95, 98, Millenium, 2000, XP Home and Professional, Server and SBS) using any of the above lanuages and tools. Office Network and Hardware Preparation

Nowadays PCs can be purchased at very reasonable prices. Companies like Mesh Computers, Evesham Technology and Dell allow you to specify your particular requirements using their configuration tool and will then build the PC for you. However, should you need a number of PCs built and/or networked we can help. We can handle the hardware construction and software installation and configuration.

Should you have two or more offices we can help you inter-connect them through the use of Terminal Server. This allows one of your machines to be securely connected to remotely from nominated PCs. We would help with all licensing issues and firewall configuration.

Consultancy Services

Galaxy Technology offer a general consultancy service in which we would hope to address and technology problems you might be having.
